Sigh. I had originally set the URI to /freeipa and it tested out just 
fine but at the last minute switched it to /ipa. This of course 
conflicts with the URI we have for the XML-RPC layer. I think I'll stick 
with /ipa for the UI and go to something else for XML-RPC. New patch 
forthcoming.
