[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH][SSSD] Do not statically link data provider plugins

When I converted the SSSD to automake, I inadvertently left out the
-export-dynamic flag for building the data provider backend executable.
As a result, we were getting missing symbol errors, so as an (incorrect)
fix, I had been statically linking our utility libraries into the
plugins. This patch should fix them so that they correctly resolve these
symbols from the sssd_be executable.
