[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH][SSSD] Add infp_req_init() function to simplify method setup

Move some duplicated code into a common function to reduce the risk of
copy-paste errors.

(Note: this patch only applies cleanly atop my previous "Implement
CreateUser in Infopipe" patch, which is not yet in the master)
