./autogen && ./configure && make && sudo make install

sudo /usr/local/sbin/sssd
[sssd] [server_setup] (0): ERROR: PID File reports daemon already running!

Reason: config.h has:
#define PID_PATH ""VARDIR"/run"

PIPE_PATH, DATA_PROVIDER_PLUGIN_PATH, DB_PATH all have the same problem.
