[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] Fix Bool parameter type. It was impossible to set to FALSE.

It was behaving just like Flag except it didn't have autofill=True by default, 
so it was impossible to set it to False from the CLI. I also made it ignore case 
  (so 'FalSE' and 'tRue' are accepted).
