[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 577 Grant /usr/sbin/ipa_kpasswd "name_bind" access.

Fix an SELinux problem by granting /usr/sbin/ipa_kpasswd "name_bind" access.

This requires selinux-policy-3.6.32-123 on F12 and I took an educated 
guess and set the minimum on F13 to selinux-policy-3.7.19-40.
