After loading this the 389-ds error logs spit out:

[01/Apr/2011:13:26:01 -0400] - The attribute [memberHost] does not have 
a valid ORDERING matching rule - error 2:s
[01/Apr/2011:13:26:01 -0400] - The attribute [memberUser] does not have 
a valid ORDERING matching rule - error 2:s
