I have proposed a change in the parameter defaults here:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/freeipa-devel/2014-February/msg00341.html

This should permit us to avoid the "default" radio button in the UI.

Also, I'd like to see HOTP support added to the UI (should be trivial).

I think that is all I have left.
