To make the committer's life a little be easier, we developed an ipatool to do
at least some of the work required, that is to add the Required-by tag and
                                                       ^^^^^^^^^^^
                                               Required-by or Reviewed-By
prepare text snippets for mail, Trac and Bugzilla.
