It is a part of the CS but it is disabled now and not integrated with
the IPA objects in any way.
We suspect it will take some amount of work to make it usable.
However this is not a priority for IPA at the moment. You can definitely
log an enhancement request but if you are looking for this functionality
sooner rather than later would you be interested in contributing to the
project?
