[Freeipa-users] How to use sudo rules on ubuntu

I think something wrong or miss in ym configuration:
user1 at clnt:~$ sudo /usr/bin/apt-get install
[sudo] password for user1:
user1 is not allowed to run sudo on clnt.  This incident will be reported.
