Greetings Red Hat Worldwide Partners,

Red Hat is pleased to announce the availability of the Red Hat Hardware
Certification Test Suite BETA (v7-1.0-6) for testing with Red Hat
Enterprise Linux versions 4 and 5. The v7 Beta is available at the
following location:

ftp://partners.redhat.com/a166eabc5cf5df158922f9b06e5e7b21/hwcert/

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

IMPORTANT: The v7 Beta (1.0-6) package is not considered an official
release and should not be used for official certification testing
submissions. The previous test suite (hts-5.3-17) should continue to be
used for official certifications.

NOTE: The v7 test suite is a name change from the previous hts project.

NOTE: The v7 test suite now includes new Blu-ray read and write tests.
Testing feedback on this particular test is appreciated.

NOTE: The v7 test suite includes fv_* tests to automate and replace the
previous manual installation, configuration and testing of fully
virtualized guests. Please see the image_readme.txt file on the
download location for testing setup details. Testing feedback on this
particular test is appreciated.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Please review the detailed changelog and known issues below. If you
