The following issues has been solved in the mini_httpd webserver glued with
libtorrent-rasterbar

1. Webserver starts feeding the file immediately after the libtorrent
downloads the file.

2. CPU utilization 100%. The reason was due to a while loop which was
checking for alert in case of torrent download is finished (so that
webserver can serve the file (i.e. for issue 1)).

The issues which needs to be solved (as discussed on irc are)

1. apache like index format which is parseable by lftp.

2. creating fake index file at root level which shows details of torrent
files present in the root.

3. increase the preference order of .torrent file over directory .
