Stuck at NFS root boot in F9

The solution to this problem turns out to be install event-compat-sysv 
into the chroot.  This was discovered during this morning's 
k12linux-devel meeting.  Thanks to Eric Harrison for the discovery.

I'm seeing if a core package like initscripts can require it.
