changing LDM to GDM

we use KDM and are very happy and impressed with the way it can be
configured :-)
you can change it in "/etc/sysconfig/desktop" and choose the DM you like.
this is what we use:
DESKTOP=KDE
DISPLAYMANAGER=KDE
