very slow login times

With only 80 chars I'm not able to see the full command. All I'm getting 
is /bin/sh /usr/share
But I did get a little more with ps -Af

Looks like the culprit is /bin/sh /usr/share/ldm/ldm-script

What exactly in there is killing the CPU for 3 or more minutes I'm not 
sure of.
