This may be an opportunity for a teacher who is showing students how to program and integrate a mySQL/PHP solution. Maybe a "Sourceforge" or similar style project that would allow many folks to contribute to such a project.

This would be a super opportunity for the non-technical academic community to come together with the technical community on getting content (tests) together in a database (MySQL?) environment, available to all. It would take a while, probably, to get enough test materials in place to make it viable, but I am sure, with the number of educators out there, and the amount of tests they created before computers, something could be consolidated together.

How do we start such an effort????
