Do you know if this works for Apple file systems as well?  I assume it
would since it is bit by bit copying.

I haven't actually tried it with dual boot boxes but I think g4u will do
what you desire. The biggest gotcha that you can bit by with this
utility is that the target hard drive cannot be smaller than whatever
the source was. But that doesn't sound like it would be a problem here.
