The K12LTSP is a complete distribution built on RedHat and Fedora, and 
aimed specifically at the educational market.

LTSP (the generic one) should run on just about any flavor of linux, only 
drawback being that it don't have all the educational stuff installed 
already.  You would have to add in what you wanted.
