[K12OSN] Thin client compatibility

I'd distinguish between product offerings that claim they "could" be an 
LTSP thin client compared to one that "is designed" to be one.  These 
mini PC's are not designed for it, however you probably could build an 
LTSP boot floppy for one, but that is a kludge and a half.
