I did this to two terminal servers and a couple other assorted boxes and
was pleased with the results. This doesn't mean it won't eat your data,
but it worked OK for me. Have good backups.

     1. Install fedora-release RPM from FC2.
     2. Double-check that your /etc/yum.conf is sane and using the
        $releasever macro or otherwise pointing to FC2 and K12LTSP 4.1
        repositories.
     3. yum upgrade
     4. There is no step 4.

OK, I'm being a bit facetious. You probably will have some clean up. GDM
upgrades invariably stomp on /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf so you'll need to
re-enable XDMCP or else suffer the gray screen of death. I really didn't
have to do much else. Gnome desktops were a bit ugly until I blew out
~/.gnome* stuff.
