The yum header.info files are stored in /var/cache/yum/<repository_name>/
This should nuke the corrupted file for you & force it be re-downloaded:

	rm /var/cache/yum/*/header.info


If it happens again, comment out the section in /etc/yum.conf that
has "name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Base" (or something 
similiar). The K12LTSP entry has the "Fedora Core 1 - i386 - Base"
RPMs as well, so as long as you have the K12LTSP entry the standard
Fedora Core Base entry is redundant.
