[K12OSN] Purge User Issue

Boy, I'm just full of questions today...

For some reason, my 4.0.1 install of K12LTSP no longer purges users if
they log in twice.  I don't even get the warning...

I have the setting correct in /etc/sysconfig/k12ltsp

Any ideas?  What actually *does* the purging?
