[K12OSN] Three Issues With 4.1 Issue #2 Floppy Access

I thought version 4.1 of K12LTSP changed the floppy access method.  I 
understand the workstation floppy access method, ftp like.

the kids in the higher grades would understand it and accept it.  but the 
elementary grade kids won't understand the ftp access.

Is there a way so that the local workstation floppies can be mounted, either 
manually, or automatically when it is inserted?

This would be a real help to me
