[K12OSN] Upgrading to K12LTSP 4.1.0 - User accounts and settings

Yes, you'll need to save /home & when you do the re-install, create a
separate partiion for /home.  That way you can just leave it in place
for the next upgrade.  I'm not sure why the default isn't to create a
separate /home.

Unless you want to re-create the accounts (and paswords), you'll want
to save those too.  it's a good idea to backup all of /etc/, but
you'll probably need:

     passwd 
     group
     shadow

It's not quite as easy as that, because the new version will have some
different system accounts, so you'll need to either add just the users
>=500 to the new files or figure out which system accounts have been
added/deleted or changed.
