[K12OSN] vnc changes ?

Hi ,

Has there been any major changes to vnc in 4.1.1 & 4.2 ? Since the
upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.1.1 I can't get vnc to work.

main:        unable to connect to host: Connection refused (111)
Whereas in 4.0.1 it worked fine??? Is there some new configuration
parameters?
