You´re talking major network infrastructure-ese here, John.  We use 
Cisco AS5400´s in our district as well.  To my knowledge, you cannot do 
it from just any old box, but rather, you have to go into your 
authentication server (RADIUS, TACACS, local auth, etc.) and 
configure/view stuff from there.  You can, of course, also do it from 
the AS5400.  You´re starting to tread into CCIE-type material, though.
