What I did for my linuxBIOS cluster was just to thread some bolts onto a long nut. IIRC it was four 2ft. bolts with 8 nuts per board, top and bottom. Then we just hung the bolts from the top of the cabinet and installed a UPS and a box fan... viola! Instant Ghetto Case!

Subject: [K12OSN] odd question..

Hi,

I'd like to thank all those that provided so many links and thought on the music issue, now I'll never get any sleep.. :-D

This may not be the right forum but I'll try anyway.. Does anyone know how to rack-mount PC-motherboards ? i.e. take the motherboard from a standard desktop computer and install it in a rack-mount cage.
The intent is to build a cluster of computers within one "cage".

Folks any suggestions or ideas are most welcomed.

norbert
