[K12OSN] USB Printer on ThinkNIC

I am having trouble setting up an Epson inkjet printer on a ThinkNIC
client.  I am running K12LTSP 3.1.  The workstation config in lts.conf
is as follows:

I used the printer setup gui to create the que as a jetprint port using
port 9100.  The printer is an Epson Stylus C40UX usb printer.

When I try to do a CUPS test print all I get is error message that the
client is busy, retrying in 5 seconds; however, it doesn't.

Any Suggestions?
