I don't think GSX is intended to provide multiple users
with their own console.  However you should be able to
use it's client console for administration and configure
one or more virtual win2k servers running terminal services
that clients would access with rdesktop just as they would
with a physical server.  If you can afford it, VMWare would
make the administration of the windows side much easier
because you could pretend you had a whole assortment of
special-purpose servers. I've had the demo version running
but can't remember now whether it was on a Mandrake or
k12ltsp server.  By the way, for anyone else who hasn't
tried VMWare, even the workstation version is sufficient
to create virtual machines where you can install and test
new versions of Linux or windows without touching your
existing setup.
