[K12OSN] FrontPage Like app ?

Having never used FrontPage, I'm not exactly sure what features it has.
However, a search for "HTML editor" on freshmeat.net listed 112
different applications.  I'm only familiar with quanta, which is a
QT-based application (ie, runs on top of KDE).  (And I'm pretty much a
novice with quanta; I use kedit for most of my html editing.  I pretty
much suck as a webmaster...)
