The 'right' way to make servers available to clients is to
give them a static IP address with the name in DNS.  There
are some anarchistic workarounds that sometimes sort-of work
but I'd recommend trying it the right way first.  The reason
the internet works at all is that the authority to issue
names is delegated in an orderly fashion.
