[K12OSN] cpu spikes killing me...

okay I did this...
cd /
mv tmp blah
mkdir tmp
chmod 777 tmp
chmod +t tmp

I hope it works out well for me =)

We'll know tomorrow... 6pm..I'm go'n home =)
(would still like to rm all that junk from /blah now)
