[K12OSN] HELP how to lock down profile and more???

Hi,

Is there a "simple" way of locking down the user profiles so that the
students can write/save files to there directory but cannot change ANY
other settings, i.e. remove icons, change desktop, etc...

Also when a student logs in with the same user name as another the 
original user gets logged off & if their work wasn't saved its lost. How 
can users be prevented form logging in as another without this happening ?
