[K12OSN] Skype on K12LTSP

Ofcourse it would suck up huge amounts of bandwidth, it's p2p port 80 comunication.
Now I know you have to make a sound server work well before you can don't know how
mic would work, never made sound server work on 4.2.0 so I can't say much. I wanted
to accomplish this a long time ago but gave up.
