[K12OSN] mp4 videos on K12LTSP-EL (help please)

Generally, getting any mpeg or other pantent encumbered formats  
working on RH/Fedora requires a third party download. The media  
players themselves work fine, but you need a codec package to allow  
them to do mpeg et el content.
