[K12OSN] More 4.4 PR3 feedback

Got it up and running after executing the K12 initialize script. Great work so far, Eric.

Few minor things:

1. the MS OOo default formats scripts no longer works, and setting OOO_MS_DEFAULTS=1 no longer works either.

2. The start menu isn't set for Icewm. There's just a few items available in the menu.

3. The "start here" program isn't available on the desktops.
