[K12OSN] First Installation

Dear All,
I'm New to this thin client installation.
I installed new K12LTSP 4.2.0, when booting
from the client workstation,it gives the message:
....
Doing the pivot_root
mounting the devfs filesystem
running /sbin/init
Usage : init 0123456SsQqAaBbCcUu
VFS : Cannot open root device "nfs" or 00:ff
please append a correct "root=" boot option
kernel panic: VFS : unable to mount root fs on 00:ff
....

and here is:
# more /etc/exports
/opt/ltsp/i386       
192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash,sync)
/var/opt/ltsp/swapfiles  
192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,async)

How to solve this ?
