[K12OSN] First test build of 4.2.1, with PPC terminal support

well let me clarify...i added several optinos to windows dhcp to pass the
mac options ..in the global scope..and that seemed to bother ibooks getting
an address..havnt got a look at the dhcpd.conf of jim's..seems to show as a
bin file here.chuck
