[K12OSN] Where can i get a netboot floppy image for smc91c92_cs cardbus (pcmcia)

I tried romomatic and downloaded the smc9000 image but it's looking for
PCI and ISA card (i did not find a compile option for cardbus).
P.S. If someone knows of a good howto for booting laptops please point
me in the right direction.
