[K12OSN] First test build of 4.2.1, with PPC terminal support

Jim,

We really should look at incorporating the differences for XF86Config
for the PPC into the build_x4_cfg script.  That way, the XF86Config file
could be automatically generated during the boot process, exactly the
way the x86 clients work now.

Can you give me an idea of the differences required in XF86Config?
