[K12OSN] question on digests

Rushton,

The only way I know of, is for the list administrator to increase the
size threshold on the digest.

Which might be a real good idea, seeing as how much traffic there is on
this list.

I'm not sure who the admin is, maybe Eric Harrison, but I'm not sure.
