One can find the Universal Boot Floppy and the ebnet522.dsk on their
K12LTSP server at /tftpboot/lts/boot/bootroms

cat image >> /dev/fd0

I wonder if the UBF image would work just as well on a CD, and I wonder
if *all* the images could be put on one magical CD.
