[K12OSN] mozilla and composer

We were running the older version, I think 4.0 K12 LTSP last year.  The
teachers got used to creating web pages using the composer part of
mozilla.  With 4.2.1 and Firefox, that option is not there.  Suggestions

1) is Mozilla (composer) still there, if so what is path?
2) Should I get them to use NVU?  How is that project going?
3) Other ideas?
