[K12OSN] Load-balancing and failover how-to

Actually that reference you mention was in the original....I never even
thought about it...have always ignored it.  You're right though.....it's
for the most part useless.  Chkconfig --level 12345 dhcpd on might be
better.  Acutally...setting up another smbldap server would be really
nice....do you know of a good how-to that will help me do that?
