[K12OSN] Using thin client as a jetdirect device

I am using FC4.4

I still can't get this critter to work.  Here is what I have done and such.

1. I edited the lts.conf file as follows;
     [00:48:54:67:3a:64]
        PRINTER_0_DEVICE = /dev/lp0
        PRINTER_0_TYPE = P

2. I edited the dhcpd.conf file as follows;
    host ws001 {
    hardware ethernet  00:48:54:67:3a:64;
    fixed-address      192.168.0.1

3. I opened dhcpd.leases and removed all enteries associated with that
MAC address.
4. I ran updatedb
5. I ran dhcpd restart
6. I turned on the printer and started the terminal from power off. 
7. I opened the Nautalis and went to localhosts631/printers
8. I added an HP Laserjet 4 plus.
9. I tried to print a test page and nothing happens not even any error
messages.

I'm getting somewhat frustrated with this so any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
