[K12OSN] button-3 copy/paste no longer works in 4.4.1

In /etc/X11/xorg.conf or the XFree86 equivalent, /etc/X11/XF86Config-4:
  Option          "Emulate3Buttons"       "true"

Since Xvnc sets up it's own X server its options might be different.
