[K12OSN] Crashing Firefox on terminal in new un-messed with install

Typo on my part. It should be:

	USE_NBD_SWAP = Y

My test install just finished. Sure enough, ltspswapd is not started by
default (soon to be fixed ;-)

	/sbin/service ltspswapd start
	/sbin/chkconfig ltspswapd on
