[K12OSN] smbldap-installer caught up to FC5

The latest version of the smbldap-installer works fine for FC5, even
after you run 'yum upgrade'.

For anybody who's interested: the entire fix was to stop using the
smbldap-tools RPM included with the smbldap-installer and add
"smbldap-tools" to the fc5 yum command in distro-data.pl.
