All of those packages provide a logrotate file to clean up after their
own logs, so yeah, the list will be long.

Not really a warning; more of a notification. RPM can be told by a
package not to replace certain files upon upgrade. This is good because
you generally don't want to toss out your existing configuration every
time you do an update. RPM will create the config file that would be
"foo.conf" as "foo.conf.rpmnew" so you have the opportunity to see if
there are any additional options available in the default config and
merge them if you so desire.
